regarding your appointments, service updates, and future promotions. Message and data rates may

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or

misuse. Photo & Content Usage

When you schedule your appointment, you will receive an additional form where you can choose

whether to consent or opt out of allowing photos or videos from your service to be used for

promotional or educational purposes by Nash Aesthetics.

If you choose to opt out, your privacy will be fully respected, and no photos or videos will be used.

If you choose to consent, you acknowledge that any approved photos or videos become the sole

property of Nash Aesthetics. Nash Aesthetics retains full ownership and rights to use, edit, reproduce,

and distribute this content for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes across all media

platforms. Once consent is given and media is used, it cannot be revoked. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected

on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Terms & Conditions

1. Consultation Agreement – All consultations are held over the phone. You agree to provide

accurate information regarding your goals, health, and service history.

2. Booking Policy – Appointments require a deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable

but may be transferred if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows – Appointments canceled or missed without 24-hour notice will result in

the loss of your deposit.

4. Results Disclaimer – Results vary from person to person based on individual lifestyle, aftercare,

and skin health. Factors such as sweating, sun exposure, skin type, and personal care routines can

significantly impact the longevity and overall appearance of results.

Nash Aesthetics’ role is to install and inform — ensuring quality and satisfaction before the client

leaves the chair. Before completing each service, the client will be asked to confirm satisfaction, and

any desired adjustments will be reviewed through a “pull test” or similar quality check.

Once the client leaves the chair, Nash Aesthetics is not responsible for ongoing maintenance orchanges. Any touch-ups, maintenance, or follow-up appointments must be booked separately by the

client.

Following all pre-care and aftercare instructions is essential for achieving the best possible results.

5. Payments – All services must be paid in full before or at the time of service.

6. Right to Refuse Service – We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

7. Intellectual Property – All educational materials, photos, and content on our site are owned by

Nash Aesthetics and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
