At Nash Aesthetics CT, all services and products are provided with care, professionalism, and customization. Due to the nature of our cosmetic tattoo services, SMP procedures, and custom hair systems, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Service Refund Policy
Because SMP, skin camouflage tattoos, and hair system applications are customized services involving time, materials, and preparation:
• All service deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
• No refunds are issued for completed services.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
• Appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Product Return Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, all products, including hair systems, adhesives, aftercare kits, and SMP needles/pigments, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are committed to client satisfaction and offer touch-up sessions where needed based on professional assessment.
Adjustments are not considered refunds.
